Return Policy for Suman Enterprise India

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized Products: Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return.
  • Perishable Goods: Items such as food, flowers, or other perishables cannot be returned.
  • Health and Personal Care Items: Products related to health and hygiene, such as personal care items, undergarments, and swimwear, are non-returnable.

3. Return Process

  • Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.
  • Shipping: Pack the item securely and include all original packing materials, documentation, and the return authorization number. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy conditions.
  • Processing: After the inspection, we will process your refund. It may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.
  • Refund Amount: The refund amount will be for the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping and handling charges.

5. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. Provide photos of the damage or defect, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
